Equity Pre-IPO is a strategic investment company, which aims to achieve capital growth for its Shareholders through the purchase, holding and sale of minority stakes in other companies. It achieved admission to AIM on 24 February 2005.
It invests in companies which are unquoted where the directors of the companies believe that a flotation will be achieved on a recognised investment exchange within eighteen months.
